Hello, hello again… been a while. Let’s get to it, shall we?
First up is a card game called District-Z. It looks to be a semi-cooperative game (you have to work together, but only one person wins) that’s a hybrid of a card game and a board game. The game looks interesting, but they’re not quite halfway to their funding goal with only tow weeks to go. They could make it, but it’ll take a bit of a push at this point.
Next is a dice/board game, this one is called Run, Fight, or Die! I’ve actually mentioned this one before, a long time ago. However, the previous publisher was taking so long raising funds to print the game that the designer managed to get the rights back and is going with someone else. The gameplay looks interesting, and it promises to be just a few minutes a round, which should make it a decent party game. They got over 200% funding in just a few days, so now they’re aiming for more stretch goals, including more zombie minis. This campaign loos to be must-contribute for minis fanatics out there.
Finally, we have City of Zombies. It’s another board game. (Sensing a pattern here?) This one looks much more cartoony, and is apparently aimed at younger audiences, though supposedly adults can enjoy it too. This one is in the UK, so if you’re not in that region and you do donate, please make sure to keep the exchange rate in account as well as adding extra for shipping.
