AMC’s Dead Yourself App has been around for a bit now and was recently released for the Android platform. With this app you can snap a picture of yourself or pull one from your library and zombify it. More filters and picture add-ins have also been added, but my favorite is still Daryl’s ear necklace. Numerous Dead Yourself photos are knocking around the web, but I personally love the ones of zombified pets.
A quick note of caution on the Dead Yourself app – zombifying your child and putting a necklace of ears around his/her neck may result in one’s spouse becoming just a wee bit unsettled. Furthermore, sending out said picture to grandparents who have no idea what The Walking Dead is may just result in you eating alone this Thanksgiving. You’ve been warned…now get out there and rot on!
