Thanks for the mention. To answer your question: Nope. The dogs are not zombies. Only humans can be infected with the contagion that turns us into zombies. But there are tens of millions of dogs who suddenly find their food bowls empty. What is there to eat? The dogs become almost as big a problem as the zombies for some.
